We always want you to be happy with your LIGA product and if for any reason you are not, then firstly let us apologise.

We have a no quibble returns policy - just return it to us and we will reimburse you in full. You have 28 days to do this from purchase on our loveliga.com website.

Please include your name and order number with the product.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. We aim to process the refund within 3-8 working days of receiving your parcel. This does not affect your statutory rights.
